Returns
Full-Priced Items:
You have a worry-free 10 day window for a full refund, exchange, or store credit from the date of delivery should you wish to return any item that isn’t quite right for you. Your item must follow the below eligibility criteria:
- Your item still has the tag attached, and the original plastic packaging it came in
- Your item has not been washed, worn, or altered in any way
- You have lodged your return with us via your online Portofino Clothing account, or by email within 10 days of delivery (sales@portofinoclothing.com.au)
- Your item was not purchased as final sale or clearance

Sale Items:
We love a sale! Sale items are made available at an unbeatable price. In order to offer such great value, all sales are considered final, and we regretfully cannot accommodate refunds on sale items.
We are happy to offer an exchanges or store credit for change of mind sale items.
If you have received the wrong item, or the item appears to be faulty, please email us right away so we can provide you with a replacement: sales@portofinoclothing.com.au
Faulty Stock:
We keep strict quality control measures to ensure you receive exactly what you wanted. However, if you do receive something faulty, please email us right away with photos of the fault so we can fix this for you promptly.

Return Shipping:
